1. By placing an order on Xtacy (xtacyprints.com), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

2. All product prices listed on our website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed at checkout.

3. Shipping timelines vary depending on location. While we strive for timely delivery, we are not liable for courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns are accepted within 07 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

5. Refunds for eligible returns will not be issued to the original payment method. Instead, the refund amount will be credited to your Xtacy E-Wallet/ Gift Card, which can be used for future purchases.

6. No exchange facility is provided under any circumstances.

7. Orders once processed cannot be canceled. In case of urgent issues, customers are advised to contact us immediately after placing the order.

8. All product designs, images, brand logos, and content on Xtacy are protected under intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
